I bought this facial brush in February 2021. This wasn't the best facial brush to begin with. The brush head does not adhere well to the brush and often falls off while brushing. I have been using the Clarisonic facial brush for almost seven years and I have never experienced this. However, I continued to use Raedia after Clarisonic shut down. Raedia's battery recently died for the first time. After briefly charging the brush, it still didn't work. This caused me to charge the brush all night, but it still didn't work this morning. The light flashes while charging, which means charging is working but the brush has stopped working. I only use the brush in the morning and leave it in the case after each use to avoid damaging it. Too bad the device broke after only 3 months of use!
