Review on Beanstalk Solutions by Brendan Thorpe

The ease of use in creating forms, being able to add attachments easily makes this software very easy to navigate. I dislike that you have to create separate accounts if you are using multiple users (i.e., your employees). It would be great if there was one account where all data could be entered at once by each user who uses the program. This is an excellent tool! We were searching for something simple yet robust enough so we can track our work orders from start to finish without having to enter them into other programs. BeanStalk has allowed us not only keep up with what needs worked but also when they need re-work/revision. Now we know exactly how long projects take as well. Also, since everything gets uploaded directly onto our website, any errors get caught immediately which saves time during billing processes.
