I ordered this through Revain Warehouse Deals. It is written that "used - in very good condition". Was immediately available and prices appeared to be 35-30% lower than 'new'. The advertisement states that this could have limited "cosmetic" damage without affecting the use of the tool. Tries. Arrived in the original packaging as promised. All parts are there. I haven't noticed any significant "cosmetic" damage (at least more than I would expect from a "new" product). high performance tool. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I have no doubt that it will work as advertised. For the price, this tool is definitely recommended.
