I laid heated tiles in both bathrooms. The system works well and I bought it on the advice of a friend to have a backup in case a sensor stopped working. If you don't install a backup sensor, you're done when the first sensor dies. I installed this one about 15cm from the other and ran the wire up the wall so it curled up on the back of the control box with a note reminding me what it was. My friend who also installed a heated cooktop is kicking his ass for not thinking about the reversing sensor. I may never need it, but I'm glad it's there just in case.
