So I'm so happy with this product that I don't have to return it or buy another. But it's not as supportive as I was hoping. The pillows don't have enough filling and while I appreciated that you can take the filling out of one to add to the other, there really should be a whole extra bag of filling included. The band that connects the two sides of the pillow also stretches too easily, making it difficult to create that "nest" around it like it should. The zipper on one of the pillows was partially torn off. At the same time, the material is soft and comfortable. I love the turning option and the flexibility to give it any shape you want or need. Lastly, be aware: this thing has prongs - the velcro that connects the two sides has a piece of plastic sewn in (to reinforce it I think) and I cut myself on it over 3 times in the middle of the night (like actual bleeding cut). I've since learned to position it under me so it doesn't do that (with the velcro directly in front of the bed, not against me), but it's still pretty frustrating to deal with.
