I was impressed by the super thin slices of sweet potatoes and apples. Very easy to use, very smooth for making julienne. Watch your hands, they are very, very, very sharp. It was a little difficult to clean, I use a small wire brush, sometimes I had to use a fork to get stuck mini pieces out. All in all a nice gadget!
