don't stay Best among dogs

I bought it on purpose because it was 2.5 cm wide and I needed something very strong. Unfortunately, this collar is so thin that it cannot support the weight of the PetSafe Wireless Fence Receiver. It keeps slipping in the loops and coming loose to the point where it just falls off my dog's (5 month old 45 lb German Shepherd puppy) neck. Luckily that hasn't happened when she's out and I won't be using it long enough for that to happen. Why doesn't PetSafe just sell replacement collars?
