I've been using ergonomic keyboards (mainly from Microsoft) and trackball mice for many years, so I'm very familiar with the offers on the market. When I saw this keyboard I thought it would be a great idea with poor execution like most small trackball keyboards I've used; However, my first impressions are that this is the best keyboard I've ever used! Disclaimer: There are always adjustments to your workflows when using such devices. So here are the settings I went through in 2 days: 1. The trackball seems to have a much higher resolution than I'm used to, so fine-tuning the speed of your mouse wouldn't hurt2. I felt like stretching my thumb more than usual, but that feeling has decreased significantly in the last few days or so3. I'm an ambidexter, so I tried swapping which thumb moves the trackball, which was a bit of an odd feeling because I only use my right-handed mouse most of the time.4. The keys have a lot more travel, sound, and weight than I'm used to from other ergonomic keyboards (I'm not sure how I feel yet, but I'll adapt)5. I keep hitting the caps lock key. so I can just delete that key! The only potential problem left for me is how long will the keyboard last? It feels good though, so it shouldn't be a problem.
