USB ports broken, not charging fast
I've had one for a year and a half. I liked it until a few USB ports failed. Also, two ports are marked as fast charge. Didn't have time to test them early as I just recently bought a fast charger. Guess what? Ports marked "Fast Charge" are not designed for fast charging. The setup I'm using this power strip in requires almost all the outlets and connectors. So now I have to replace it. This product was also double the price of what I originally bought for $30. I paid that price for a basic 4 outlet power strip. I got ripped off. With such a low durability, I wonder if it even properly protects against surges?
