It's terrible. I strongly recommend that you look around for another brand and maybe pay a little more for better quality. Once you install a heated towel rail, you're going to stick with it (especially if you're installing on tile like mine), so I think it's worth getting a decent one. The tower heater I received is warped, will not mount to the wall without bending and applying force, and the towel rail does not fit properly - it is loose and will not mount flush/straight to the unit. The unit also rattles as if something is loose when picked up, lowering my confidence in electrical safety. It seems to me that I received a device that was returned after a previous customer failed to install it. Of course I booked it in advance when my bathroom renovation was complete so the return window is closed now but that doesn't stop me from warning others. In my second bathroom I have a Denby towel warmer which is of a much higher build quality and which I would recommend.
