Review on PESION by Jon Joung

I recently became a PESION customer, and I was dissatisfied with my initial buy from their online store. The website was challenging to use, and the purchasing procedure was unclear. The packaging was harmed upon delivery, and shipping took longer than anticipated. Even worse, the jewelry and clothing I got were of poor quality. The products did not meet the website descriptions, and the materials used were subpar. The jewelry was flimsy and easily broke, and the clothing did not fit correctly. I requested assistance from customer support, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful. It was evident that they had no interest in helping me find a satisfactory answer to my problems. In general, I would not advise visiting PESION's online business. There are superior choices that provide better customer service and products of a higher caliber. I had a disappointing first experience and I won't be using this business for any more purchases in the future.
