Poor assembly and cheap assembly
The shape of this skirt was ridiculous. The bottom of the top tier was assembled to fit snugly around my daughter's legs. Typically, tiered skirts are fuller in the lower layers and gathered in the upper layers. Not with this outfit. It was poorly equipped and cheap looking.
