I have used several different water bags on my phone over the years. It's absolutely worse. Thank goodness I have a waterproof iPhone, otherwise my device would be dead! This case didn't keep my phone dry and while snorkeling (not to any significant depth, mostly surface swimming) I tried to take photos and found the water half filling my phone. The touch completely does not react in the water. I had to hold the bag over the water to adjust something on the touchscreen. Now this case has done a great job on the splash from boating. I actually used it to play music underwater (half filled with water). This case was TERRIBLE at protecting my phone for what I bought it for. Thank goodness I only wanted it as extra protection for my waterproof phone. I had problems with salt water coming from the power plug that the case was designed to protect my device from. This product made me stop using my phone in the water because I don't want to go through a similar situation again. I missed so many videos and pictures on the trip as I was constantly draining water from the case and generally struggling with such a poor product. I've had others, not the biggest but better than this case. I am in the process of buying a waterproof gopro. VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT! If you want to keep your device, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
