Your phone's SIM card is not working, you need a specially configured SIM card for your mobile WiFi hotspot.

Device does not recognize T-Mobile SIM card. So the Huawei app was also useless. I wasted my time setting everything up differently. I watched various videos on YouTube, nothing worked. T-Mobile does not provide you with a Mobile Hotspot SIM card for free, you must purchase their Mobile Hotspot WiFi plan. Your phone's SIM card is not working, you need a specially configured SIM card for your mobile WiFi hotspot.
