Review on HostMonster by Gary Duncan

I like how easy it is to use, but sometimes you have questions about what something really means or does not mean (e.g., why do my stats show different than some other providers?). It's also difficult for me as an individual user if there are issues with your account; they don't always respond quickly enough, especially when dealing directly through support chat vs ticketing system of email addresses in case someone else needs assistance too! Also, their pricing can be quite pricey compared to others out there - however, this may depend upon where/what services you need most at any given time. My hostmonster site was hacked, so we needed another provider fast. They were able to provide us several options within minutes after submitting our request via livechat.
