High quality linear rails and excellent customer service

I am very satisfied with the quality of the linear rails and their smooth operation. Customer service was outstanding. I had some trouble installing the ball nut and the bearings fell out. The company didn't have the nuts locally and they shipped them from China at no extra cost. They have provided updates to let me know about the delay due to the extended holiday.
