I'm pretty sure these are counterfeits or a defect at the Sperry china factory. The tongue tag is not what I expected from Sperry, a very simple and unprofessional look. The inside of the boot has several open seams. The tongue on the left shoe is sewn off-center so it slopes slightly to the right. The left shoe is smaller than the right one. My left foot is my smaller foot and I could barely get it in my boot. After wearing them around the house for a few minutes, they are quite comfortable and look cute. However, Revain's sale of counterfeit boots is misleading and ILLEGAL. I saw another reviewer say they aren't really waterproof but I'm too scared to try for fear I won't be able to return as it was like pulling my teeth to return the last pair I ordered in my regular size which were too small.
