**Edit** It was great at first but after a few days the cushion started to shrink and became difficult to sit on. There were very high hopes but ended up with a hard flat pillow. Send back **End of processing** I have severe osteochondrosis in my lower back and after a few moments it becomes very painful for me to sit down. The pillow was ready to use immediately after opening (no waiting for the foam to open). I sat down and my butt was hit with a very nice, cool, comfortable pillow. I've been sitting on the pillow without changing my position for 25 minutes and I'm still very cold. I am planning to buy another one for my wheelchair.
