Worthy of Purpose

I used this to make a pastry board/show. However, it is very light and a bit thin. I drilled holes to put the pins in and it will split and snap through the back. But depending on your project, this might work for drawing as well. It is relatively smooth, with a uniform coloration, with no noticeable graininess.

Pros

MAKE LEARNING FUN - Need a small wooden tray for loose parts? play? That's it! writing experience? Sprinkle some sand or salt and let your pinky write their shapes, letters and numbers. Abracadabra… the practice of writing has become a fun and sensual pleasure! (This activity tray has low sides for easy writing in the sand)
