Economy blade for Kamisori injector

Bottom line, it offers an affordable, close and comfortable shave. If you use it and don't mind the cost of the injector blades, then it's not a problem. Read on for more details on the blade and comment on how comfortable it is for beginners. This is where Feather Artist Club injector style blades come into play. Feather makes several variations of the blade, Kai makes the blade and some other variations. You don't have to "inject" the blade, it can be inserted by hand, and the ten blades included in the kit do not have an injector. It just allows you not to touch the blade at all. I've seen several reviews/Q&As that mention you can use a double-edged (DE) blade that's broken in half. That is not true. I've included a picture of one of the blades that came with it (first picture) and HALF the DE blade. Notice how far the DE blade sticks out. Because of the low starting prices, people often ask if this is a good razor for beginners before buying a real one. They're basic in that sharpness isn't a variable to mess around with, but the reality is that straight razors are far less forgiving than straight razors. You would effectively start out in hard mode. However, there is no reason why a beginner should not use one of these. You'll probably cut yourself, but everything will be fine. :)
