Perfect Fit best in my review

This item is the exact color, I wanted. Matched my hat, purse and accessories. MY size was to hard to put on. I returned for an half size larger, was sent my regular size again. Thinking it was size9.5.I ordered a size 10. Easy to get on, but clearly too big. Suggestion: Raise up the slits on the sides, add a zipper in the back.
