
I got this to help with a knee injury and to increase my gluten and core strength at home. I'm finishing therapy this week and wanted someone to use at home. I know that I can use it for a minute or two at a time. First the top is so slippery and the bottom was too on my hard wood floors. I had to put it on top of a yoga mat to use it. I also took off my shoes and tried it with bare feet and it still felt slippery. So I have some of those socks with rubbery grips on the bottom that I will try next. The platform is small. I'm only 5'4" and it's ok for me to do Squats but my hubby at 6'5" can barely stand on it. I will keep it and use it with a chair or next to a table to mount and dismount. The platform feels sturdy.
