I bought this computer a little over a year ago and received Dell Premier Plus coverage. Since then, the hard drive has crashed several times. I had to reinstall Windows and my data four or five times. They replaced the hard drive twice and now it seems like they are replacing it for the third time. I've spent dozens of hours troubleshooting technical support. It's like a full time job and every time we 'fix' the computer it breaks again and everything starts up, long hours on the phone with Dell reinstalling software, reinstalling all my photos and data etc. I've had Dell for over products 10 years. I've always had excellent support. No longer. I will never buy another Dell computer again. I suggest you too.
