This is actually a pretty bag. Large but functional, and I like to carry a 20 ounce water bottle with me most of the time to fit her. My problem is that the inner fabric of the outer and back pockets always gets caught in the zipper! Front pocket where I was ripped right off the track trying to unzip! So annoying and of course I can't fix it now! And the fabric on the inside of the outer back pocket is torn and I have to sew it back on because things in the pocket are falling into the lining, like my work badge that I thought I lost. And of course it's outside the return period and I can't return it. But I only bought it on February 2nd. A little over 1 month! It's time to look for a new wallet =(
