I haven't used this in many years having made my own using baking soda, herbs and essential oils. But I was disappointed it didn't help with the mud and with three big dogs on the pitch we have mud and hair! Then we got rescuers, and you can't wash them right away, so the house stunk. So I took the old box out of the closet to try again. I was shocked at the difference! First cleaning, lots of dirt and wool! And the carpets are cleaner? I think so! Second vacuuming the next day, not much dirt and hair! Carpets definitely look better! I ordered a bunch!
