Review on Mizuno Women's Inspire Running Shoes in Black/Dark - Women's Footwear by Kenny Noel

Revainrating 2 out of 5

A little disappointed.

I bought these shoes to replace my old favorite pair of Mizunos which they no longer make. I did my research and thought they were the closest thing to them or even better! From the moment I opened the box I thought these shoes looked cheaper than my previous Mizuno and I wanted to retire. They still look good so I ignored that and tried them on. The fit seemed almost perfect, not too big, not too small. The cushioning/cushioning felt good and they weren't too heavy. They felt good for a short time, but I quickly realized they were going to be hard to break. Anyway, I figured they were only sturdy because they were new, so I started wearing them around the house just to see if they get any better before breaking them in. After a pair of socks I put them on for a 1 mile walk. At least nothing that would be difficult for me, it was more of a shoe test. I can take quite a lot of pain, so I remember when I felt pain in my legs I wondered if my socks had fallen off or if something was in my shoes. etc. I checked once or twice and when I realized it didn't mean anything I ignored it and moved on. When I got home and took off my shoes, I noticed that my heels and ankles were scratched. When the redness subsided a bit, I saw that I had quarter-sized blisters on my heels and my ankles were so badly chafed that one of them started itching. I was tempted to show a picture but didn't want to be too descriptive. It wasn't the end of the world, but it certainly wasn't very convenient. I was pretty tough with my ranking because I never had any problems. with any of my other Mizunos I've had in the past. I'm still planning to try these shoes and I'll update my review! I hope someone else who has or plans to get these shoes has better luck!
