Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.

1 star due to the company's unfriendly customer service, unfriendly environmental policies, and lack of advancement in smartphones—they are on par with the same iPhone 10 or X.
It makes no sense to upgrade to this disappointment if you already own a smartphone that was released after the X, like the XS.
