The tent is very cute and well made. I tried washing it and while the main tent comes out fine, the pillow itself got shredded on the gentle cycle. The edge of the small pompom also sticks together. So if you don't need to wash it very often, if at all, that's great. If you have multiple cats or prefer a clean home with clean cat beds, this probably isn't the best option. It is better if you only have a very clean indoor cat. It's cute and affordable enough that I still enjoy using it.
