The garage with 1 parking space was severely cracked and scarred everywhere. After several days of sanding, mopping and etching the floor I put in 106 ounces (3 tubes) plus 3 tubes of the same tube shaped material. The next step is 2 coats of epoxy paint, spray and 2 coats of clear epoxy. What I like is that this material gets very hard. Hope it lasts long and doesn't break. After spending days reading reviews and watching YouTube videos of many products, I have the utmost confidence in this product for long lasting beautiful repairs. What I didn't like was the price. $300 just for concrete repairs and another $300 for epoxy coating for a one story garage. I knew what it was worth. If it works I'll be thrilled, if not I'll kick myself. It would take insane skill to get a completely smooth surface over a large area. It's like puree honey. If you overdo it to make it really smooth, you'll probably make it worse. I opted for a slightly uneven non-slip surface rather than sanding afterwards. Good luck getting this off your spatula. Update: After 6 months and 50 minutes of frost, my floor still looks beautiful. The first photo is of the epoxy. Second photo before. The 3rd photo is a gray colored epoxy with 2 clear coats on top.
