The best thing about optemo service team was their professionalism throughout my entire process of getting started or working for them-it's great customer support! I have only been using this platform since mid March but they took me under wing very quickly when it came time do get rolling fast so that we could hit our mark at launch date (April 10).
They helped us understand what would work better than others platforms out there while also optimizing budgets well before hand so everything went smoothly from A - Z starting April 1st.-they're always willing/able & ready help you learn things even after your first project has gone live once implemented!! Definitely go through all features prior going into final decision making stage regarding implementation because some functions require additional training / certification depending upon skill sets required within organization structure etc.. We've had no issues thus far during deployment phase however if any questions arise then definitely engage one another.
