I only needed one of these adapters to power a pair of 25mm Cooler Master fans for my case and they work great! I wasn't expecting each adapter to have (4) sets of two pin wires. Technically you can connect up to 8 fans with these 2 boxes. Remember that these are only two pin connections so your fans will have constant power/ground and run at full speed. This is normal for me as my fans run at 1200rpm and are relatively quiet.
