For reference, my waist measurement is 23.5-24 in. and hips are 33-34 in. My clothing size is usually xs and 24 waist. I purchased the black and white skirt in the size xs (waist 60cm/23.5 in.) This skirt fits perfectly and I had no issues with sizing. However, it is rather long on me but I am barely 5'1" so I'm not surprised. The skirt hits 2-3 in. above my knee and sits right at my natural waist. I bought this for a clueless dionne inspired halloween costume and it wasn't short enough to my liking so I had to hem it myself. Overall, the quality is really nice for its price: the material is thick and its well made.*Note: The skirt pictured is after my bootleg attempt to hem it with safety pins so the pleats do not lay flat.
