To be honest it was a bit below expectations. Good construction and excellent packaging, plus a bonus temperature sensor. The two shortcomings at the moment are the lower than expected range and the receiver stand, which is difficult to open. I've noticed that the effective range of the receiver varies from 20 to 50 feet. Sometimes it doesn't show any data when I'm literally only 10 or 15 feet away from me. Of course, this can be frustrating, but when it works, everything is great. Another little thing is the stand for the receiver, it is impossible to open it just with your fingers. Poor design but any sharp tool can pop it out.
