The strap at the back of the shoe cuts into the foot and requires thick socks. heavy socks make the whole thing tight. Also, I chose laceless shoes which are slippery as I find it difficult to bend my knees, but now I have to bend down to put my socks on. I wore it once and would return it if I had waited too long.
