I hand washed these molds with warm water and mild soap as soon as we got them (cleaning up was a breeze with the small brush that came with the kit). Then fill them with fresh smoothies, leaving about an inch gap at the top (half an inch is recommended). I froze them for about 6 hours. They were completely frozen, but the popsicle was difficult to pull out. And when I pulled them out and squeezed the sides slightly, the popsicle came out but a third of it broke inside. The 2 popsicles didn't even come out and only the stick came out clean. And one had a small crack in the plastic from expansion (I don't think it cracked before freezing, but I'm not 100% sure because I didn't check each one thoroughly after washing and drying)? Very upset. Can I please return this item? I will try to start a refund. See photos.
