**UPDATE**Had the damaged cover replaced with no issue. Now after a couple years of use I wish I had the latest model with the much needed updates. The newest model got rid of the felt (mine came unglued) and replaced it with the rubber grips. They also added end caps to keep the tailgate corners sealed (this is where mine leaks - everywhere else is dry). Another issue I had was one of the clips broke to hold the cover open. Customer service was good though when I called for all my issues, they are sending me spare clips and end caps free of charge. I already re-glued my felt strips, it's too bad they can send you the new rubber ones (different design to hold them in place). Overall it's done it's job and looks great, but the previous model (the one I have) has it's issues.**Original Review**Nice design and overall good product. Unfortunately it arrived damaged, like others have seen. Didn't notice the damage until after I installed it. The locking end piece on one of the slats was broken off. I'll have to work something out with the manufacturer.
