Connectyle's Customer Service has left me feeling let down.

As someone who does a significant amount of their shopping online, I have encountered both pleasant and negative interactions with a number of different retailers. Sadly, my time spent using Connectyle has been better described as being on the less-than-positive side. Although the website is home to a diverse selection of fashionable goods, the quality of the customer support is significantly lacking. I had a problem with an item that I had gotten, and when I contacted the team that handles customer support, I was given a response that was impolite and not very helpful. The representative's attitude was condescending, and it did not appear that they were interested in finding a solution to the problem. In addition, the procedure of checking out was not as streamlined as I had imagined it would be. Because the website was slow and there were not many different ways to make a payment, the process was made to be more difficult than it should have been. Connectyle is not up to pace when compared to other online retailers in terms of the quality of the user experience and customer support it provides. Other businesses that I have shopped at had had checkout procedures that were more streamlined and customer service people that were more knowledgeable. In general, my time spent with Connectyle did not live up to my expectations. The site may have a vast selection of goods, but the customer service is terrible and the whole user experience is below par, leaving much to be desired.
