I bought this after watching a video that illustrated the product and being able to fold the hat back and just use the breast pocket. It is very comfortable and breathes better than my other balaclavas. We have several people who are active in winter sports such as skiing and snowmobiling. Gave 4 stars because I wish the leggings were a little longer. But this is one of the longer gaiters of other balaclavas we also have. I've been through enough to know that none of them are perfect. I don't wear them with glasses, but with glasses and a helmet. But checking the breath inside the house with my glasses didn't confirm the comments about the lack of fogging. I'm in PNW too, it's a bit colder and wetter right now to be honest. A sculpted nosepiece that looks like a surgical mask would be a nice addition for those who wear glasses. The breathable mesh panel is way better than breathing through regular fabric balaclavas that constantly get wet from breathing and then deal with it on a cold or windy day when you have to wear it all the time per 20/21 resort protocols .
