First of all, this is my first Chromebook. I've had little experience helping my young children use the laptops they borrowed from school during the pandemic, but I'm actually a Windows proponent (although I'm dabbling in Linux too). I wanted a lightweight laptop that I could use to surf the web at home and manage my own services without having to sit at my desk. I *knew* what I needed from a laptop, and I *knew* what to expect from a Chromebook. Mac), you need to understand that there will be differences in what you can do. Be sure to do some research into what Chromebooks are (and aren't) good for before seriously looking for one. As for this particular device, I was very impressed considering it is an upgraded device. I couldn't find any dents or scratches (maybe a small scratch/dent) - overall it looked like a new car. Absolutely no claims on the device itself. Now the list also mentions a USB hub that should be included. My package didn't include any. I messaged the seller and fairly quickly (within a day or two) they replied that they would sort it out. A week or two passed and I didn't hear anything so I contacted them again and a day later I heard they would send me one. Later that week I received it and it looks like a new HP branded USB-C hub (with 3 USB-A ports: USB 2.0, USB 3.0 and a USB 3.0 charging port. Regarding Using the device I have no complaints - After reading many reviews and guides on buying a Chromebook I was a bit concerned about the processor in it and how it would affect performance, especially when I opened multiple tabs I had no problems and I'm glad I chose this model.I like the size of the screen - it's not too big to take the computer with you, but not so small that it's difficult to put things on it for hours of Netflix at a time , at full brightness, drains the battery by up to 40-50%. Conclusion: If you understand the pros and cons of a Chromebook and are looking for a decent entry-level device, you should definitely consider this!
