I like that it is easy to use, has many features, and can be customized according to your needs. The fact that there are so many different payment options made booking this website very convenient. It's also great because you don't have to wait in line at the bank when making payments with credit cards or PayPal. You just need to log into your account and pay from where ever you want! Sometimes if someone else uses my computer while I'm away they will see bookings I've made but not actually booked through them. This isn't always their fault, sometimes other people leave open tabs of websites and forget about them. The customer support could be better but they are always willing to help with any question or doubt that comes up during your stay at their hotel. I like how simple this system makes booking hotels online so much easier than having to call each individual property directly. You can book multiple rooms under one account which helps when traveling as a group of friends/family.
