Airlines accept it with some additions like metal winglets.
It would have been better if it didn't have bottom slits on the sides to keep the kitty out of drafts. With so many slots on the sides, I'm also concerned that it might collapse if other kennels are placed on it. It was a reasonable price compared to other kennels offered in the same size. Airlines require metal bolts. I also had to replace the plastic nuts with metal wing nuts.
