Great for a 44 inch kid. The tip really works. The pockets are real and a bit deep. Miscellaneous. Noticing that the knees wear out a bit quicker than other pants we've bought for my son (maybe he's a bit older now and plays a bit rougher at school). I asked my son if he liked them and he said "No, they're prickly". That's all I have of him, so I'm not sure if he's talking about inside material or something else. However, he still wears them. I think they were worth the money but since they don't feel like it I won't bet on getting them again.
