I bought two scales from GoldenWall, I may have mixed up the rating of the 5kg scale with these. What I said about other scales also applies to this one. Here's what I said about other scales. "This is the second scale we have purchased from GoldenWall. The scale (like others with a large 5kg capacity) is a great size for desktop use and the screen is large and easy to read. The scale is easy to calibrate and comes with a calibration weight. I am very impressed with GoldenWall's customer service. The scale was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I have contacted them several times with questions and they have always responded in less than 24 hours. All correspondence is professional, friendly and of course competent. They solved every question or problem we had. That's great customer service! Our company has purchased 2 scales from them in the last 3 months and we will be purchasing our next scale from GoldenWall as well.
