Yarn order was incomplete

I love this yarn and have used it to knit chemo hats for people who have lost their hair to cancer treatment. It's so soft and easy to work with. My only complaint is that I ordered a 3 pack and only received one strand instead of three. They took money from me for 3 packs. When I have the remaining 2 balls I will knit more hats.
