Standard circular needle set. I like the flexibility of the wire between them, which is useful when the stitch count goes down to <20 and difficult to knit. I had one of the wires fall out, but I was able to put it back into the needle and had no problem letting it fall out again. I actually used it to my advantage one evening when I was on vacation and wanted to knit a dog scarf but didn't buy my straight needles. I just took out the wire and used them as short straight needles.
