Review on LAUNCH Bluetooth Diagnostic Injector Programming by Tremain Lapan

Tried 2009 Cadillac Escalade, 2006 BMW 745li and 2002 s500. He has neither read his dis on one of the machines nor on the ECU. Escalade did not read ECU, TCM, BCM. All wines were flashed and new ones installed. My Tech 2 scanner read them fine. I posted a non-working question for everyone a week ago. I contact them today and they claim they didn't receive it. So I took a screenshot of the tablet and emailed it to them. Now I have to wait for the techs to come back to find out why it's not being read. I didn't ask 3 times which plug fits which car and which wire. How the plugs should be connected to the car as they are OBDII connector plugs. From the 3 letters I never received any information about plugs or cables. There is no information about this in the brochure. Which makes it a scanner like any other scanner without the extra useless parts is around $375, maybe $400. My tech is only $300 and it's a dealer scanner, but only for GM vehicles. The maxi outel costs around $400 and was used in a store with the same function as this scanner. It's too expensive right now and I don't have time to return it. If I don't get any replies on Monday, this scanner will come back and I'll get another scanner from a seller who knows what they're selling and gives information on what they're selling. Oh stop saying "Hello honey" every time you email me please and get the information I need. I think waiting a week for an answer is enough. I had to tow a truck to a hijacker because that scanner was a waste of money.
