I used a third party router bit for a specific job and always had to do a lot of sanding after completion. And I often had burn marks on the milled surface that had to be removed with a lot of sanding. So I decided to try the Freud tip and see if it worked better and reduced the amount of sanding required. It was like day and night. This bit made a clean cut and was easier to push the wood through the machine. I sanded a bit afterwards, but I could probably do without it. i am sold
