That's exactly what I wanted.

Perfect for 1/8" bungee (shock cord) which is what I use it for. Just thread the cord through the bell, tie in a knot and close the cap. Looks great on its own well sealed and safe.If you want to make it permanent,just stick it on with super glue or epoxy.Satisfied A+
