I like that we can track our sales for each customer and see who is selling what product most often. We also get notified whenever there are any changes in their profile so that when they do change it shows up right away which makes things easier. It's easy enough for everyone in my department to use and the team at support has always been extremely helpful! There isn't much to dislike about this program but sometimes the loading times feel slow especially if you have too many customers logged into one page. Sometimes it takes several minutes just to load one page making us lose time while waiting for everything to load. Keep an eye out for those moments because as soon as someone walks by your desk or looks over at you then you know something is wrong with your computer/internet connection. This allows me to keep track of every single client and make.
