Because there is a cat in the home that continuously sheds, and because the time it takes to clean a two-room apartment in the middle of the week is time that is better spent on yourself, I have desired a robot vacuum cleaner for a very long time. And because there are a lot of carpets around the apartment, we decided to go with the iRobot Roomba i3, which is a model that has a lot of suction power. The two rubber rollers on the robot are able to take up hair and fur in a very timely and effective manner, and the robot has no trouble moving around on carpets. The vacuum cleaner has excellent orientation for use indoors and will not bump into furniture or the walls. It moves through the entire region in a linear fashion, without missing anything, and without leaving any detritus in its wake. Using the iRobot home app to take control of the robot is another one of my favorite features.
